“Patients now find us first”
A medical clinic's local visibility transformed after our SEO work took over.
Before you spend another month wondering why rankings are stuck, get the full picture: every technical issue crawled, your real Search Console data read properly, and a 90-day roadmap ordered by impact. Fixed price, yours to keep.
Why businesses buy the audit
Three situations where the audit pays for itself immediately:
You have been publishing and optimizing but the needle is frozen. The audit finds the blocker, which is usually not what anyone guessed.
The roadmap turns agency pitches into comparable bids on defined work, instead of promises about mystery activities.
Your people can execute; they need to know what and in which order. The roadmap is written exactly for that handoff.
Six analyses, one prioritized roadmap:
Proof, not promises
Clients who started with the audit, on camera. The full set lives on our client reviews page and YouTube channel.

The first 90 days
A fixed scope with a fixed clock, from kickoff to walkthrough:
Screaming Frog over every URL, Search Console and analytics connected, vitals gathered from field data.
Findings cross-referenced, backlink profile reviewed, content inventory scored.
Every issue prioritized by impact and effort into the 90-day plan, written for any implementer.
A live session through every finding, and the documents are yours to keep either way.
What the audit measures against
An audit that does not record where you started is a document, not a measurement. These are the figures we write down on day one.
Positions, impressions, engaged sessions and conversions as they stand before anything changes. Every later report compares against that baseline rather than against a flattering month.
We agree what counts before counting starts: which enquiries are real, which are spam, and where the line sits between a qualified lead and a wrong number. Otherwise the reporting measures noise.
Last-click flatters the final touch and hides everything that did the persuading. We pick an attribution model that shows assisted conversions, so the channels doing early work are not quietly written off.
Your conversion rate and cost per lead only mean something next to what your competitors are achieving in the same postcode. The audit benchmarks against them, not against a national average.
What the audit inspects
Run in your own accounts, using the same tools you can open yourself: Search Console, the URL Inspection tool, the Rich Results Test, Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Analytics.
Every ranking page gets classified by the intent it serves: informational intent, commercial intent, transactional intent or navigational intent. Pages written for the wrong one underperform no matter how good the writing is.
Keyword cannibalisation, where two of your pages compete for one search, is one of the most common findings and one of the cheapest fixes. Alongside it we list striking distance keywords sitting in positions six to twenty, the striking-distance band, where small work produces the fastest movement.
Meta title and meta description length and uniqueness, one H1 per page with H2 subheadings in order, image title and alt text, caption uniqueness, and internal links using descriptive anchors rather than "click here".
A keyword gap report against the sites actually outranking you, scored by content score and search volume, so the roadmap is built on what is winnable rather than what is flattering.
Breadcrumb schema, FAQ schema, Organization schema, Service schema and Review schema checked against the Rich Results Test, because markup that does not validate earns nothing. Alongside it we look at the experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trustworthiness signals a page carries, and whether event tracking is recording what the page is actually for.
301 redirect handling, mobile-first indexing readiness, First Contentful Paint (FCP) and TTFB, code-to-text ratio, and whether recent movement lines up with a core update, SERP volatility, or something you did. Google's spam policy gets checked against anything a previous agency left behind, using the same standards the search quality rater guidelines describe.
Transparent reporting
The audit is itself a reporting product. Here is what lands in your inbox:
Every crawl, indexing, speed and structure issue documented with evidence and severity.
What Search Console says about your real queries, positions and click-through, interpreted honestly.
Every finding turned into an ordered plan with effort estimates, executable by us, your team or any agency.
What works now
A complete audit does not stop at Google. We measure your standing on all six channels, because that is where your buyers actually are.
Your organic rankings, indexing health and content performance on Google are the audit's core: measured, benchmarked and prioritized.
The audit checks your Bing indexing and Bing Places status, because desktop buyers and Copilot answers are traffic most sites silently forfeit.
We verify your Apple Business Connect listing exists and matches reality, closing the gap on the map iPhone users open by default.
The audit tests what ChatGPT and Perplexity say about you today: structured data, citations and the content AI can or cannot cite.
We review whether your social presence supports or undermines your rankings, because buyers and AI agents both read it.
The audit maps your video footprint against competitors, because YouTube rankings convert buyers and feed AI answers you do not control yet.
Every one of these channels is part of our SEO services; your audit shows which will move first for you.
Honest comparisons
Before paying for any audit, weigh the three ways businesses actually get one:
Free tool audits print the same 40 generic flags for every site, designed to scare you into a retainer. A human audit reads your market, your competitors and your data, and orders fixes by impact.
Signing a retainer before diagnosis means paying to find out what you bought. The audit route costs a fraction, hands you the roadmap, and lets any team execute it.
GEO, being cited when you wonder what AI says about you, is not a rival discipline. Generative engines lean on the same authority, structure and entity signals strong SEO builds. The audit tests your AI-search footprint too.

Performance pricing
We will also say plainly when performance pricing is the wrong fit, which is roughly as often as it is the right one. The pay for Google search ranking page sets out who it suits and who it does not.
Buyer beware
The audit market itself has scams: fear-first tool dumps and pay-to-diagnose traps. What to refuse:
The most common scam is the simplest: a retainer collected every month with no work log and no report. If an agency cannot show you exactly what was done in the last 30 days, the honest answer is usually nothing.
Some agencies register your domain, own your hosting and keep your logins, then the site vanishes if you stop paying. Your domain, website and Google Business Profile must be owned by you, always.
Hundreds of auto-generated blog posts feel like activity, but unedited AI content nobody reads produces no leads and can drag the whole site down. Volume is not a strategy; content only counts when it answers real searches.
Nobody controls Google's results, and Google itself says ranking guarantees are the mark of a scam. Real agencies show evidence and timelines; fake ones sell certainty they cannot deliver.
A 12-month contract exists so an agency gets paid whether it performs or not. If the results were real, the contract would not need to trap you, which is why we do not use one.
Thousand-link packages from link farms and PBNs look like progress until Google catches the network, and it is your site that takes the manual action. Recovering costs more than the links ever did.
Ask any agency, us included, for three things before you pay: a sample monthly report, written confirmation that you own your domain, website, hosting and Google Business Profile, and the work log from a current client's last 30 days. We show all three in your free audit call, plus reviews you can verify on Google and Trustpilot. An agency that hesitates on any of them has answered your question.
A full technical crawl, Search Console and analytics analysis, Core Web Vitals from real devices, backlink review, content inventory and a prioritized 90-day roadmap, presented in a working session and yours to keep.
Screaming Frog for the crawl, Google Search Console and GA4 for reality, PageSpeed and CrUX data for vitals, and professional link indexes for the backlink review. Tools gather; the value is in the interpretation.
Yes, deliberately. The roadmap is written so any competent implementer can execute it. Many clients hire us afterward; the audit stands alone either way.
Yes, ask and we will send a redacted sample so you can judge the depth before paying. The structure you see there, findings, evidence, prioritized roadmap, is exactly what you get.
That is how it is written. Every finding includes what to change, where and why, specified so any competent developer or agency can execute it. Plenty of clients take the roadmap in-house.
